Miku: or how the Japanese finally made man obsolete

by Chris Eaton-

Until today, I’ve been unaware of Miku. She’s apparently the spokes character for a synthesizing software in Japan that allows anyone to make music.  Much like every anime girl, the people became obsessed with her, and actually started buying CD’s based on the software performing music by her. Now the freaky part.  The company that made her, has taken her on tour.  And it’s selling out!

Like some insane Japanese version of Jem, this computer generated hologram is now performing live concerts to packed houses all over the land of the rising son.  People LOVE HER! It’s taking the anime girl fetish to the next level, and by the mighty beard of god, there is no turning back.  Don’t believe me, check this out.

She announces the band!  Sweet Jesus.  People.. we’re through the looking glass.

But, let’s be honest here.  Myself and about a million other people will gladly watch and listen to a fake anime singer over the shit that’s being pumped out right now by the American music industry.

Somewhere in the world.. Daft Punk is weeping.
