Got to love Roger Corman. Even at his age, he’s still turning out the schlock. His latest bat shit monster on the loose film though, Sharktopus, debuting on, what else? The SyFy Channel, looks to be some thing special.
Sure, Dinocroc was about a half dinosaur half crocodile that terrorized a small lake community, but Shartopus is a half shark half octopus (that can roar, even though neither species has lungs) that terrorizes a small resort community. Completely different in every way.
Also, this has Eric Roberts, who is hoping that Christopher Nolan will give him another call soon, so he doesn’t have to keep doing this crap. Anyway, enjoy the trailer for Sharktopus
