First I should start off by saying its not the best idea. There I said it, I don’t think TNA should induct Macho Man into there HOF at all, due to the fact that he was there for what I remember a short time, Now if you said WWE or WCW way different story but as I said this is my opinion but I would like to see Macho Man get acknowledged for all his hard work and dedication to the business he rightly deserves. With that said, Lanny Poffo both of Randy Savage in a interview with Wade Keller informed people what was really up on the PWTorch Livecast over at PWTorch.com. that Savage’s stipulations for any induction would have to be met by WWE, TNA, or anyone else as follows:
“Randy wouldn’t go in unless I went in and my father went in. He wanted to go in as the Poffo family. That was his stipulation,” Poffo said. Asked if he would uphold Savage’s request, Poffo said he would. “But let me also add that nobody has contacted me from the WWE, so we’re just speculating. In other words, Randy got the idea to go in as the Poffos right after the Von Erichs went in. Then we went to Olive Garden to celebrate my father’s birthday. It turned out to be his last. He said, ‘If anybody wants me in the Hall of Fame, I’m not going in without my father and my brother.’ As incoherent as he was at the time, he smiled and he enjoyed it and he understood. And he was very, very happy to hear that. However, let me reiterate. Nobody so far has contacted me for the Hall of Fame, but these are the stipulations I would hold to. We didn’t cremate him against his wishes, so we certainly won’t induct him into the Hall of Fame against his wishes. We’ll do it exactly the way he wanted.”

If you ask me if I want to see Savage in the TNA HoF like i stated above “N0” but I wouldn’t not welcome or warm to the feeling, do I want to see the whole Poffo family in the WWE, sure why the hell not but make no mistake that whenever anyone looks at it the way they will see it, search it or talk about is “Hey did you hear Macho Man’s in the Hall of fame” not the Poffo family. No disrespect to the Poffo family but that’s how my generation would call it Macho Man was almost on a level that most superstars try they in tire careers to reach and he achieved it, He was one of those guy like Hulk Hogan Or Stone Cold or others who’ve climbed the mountain who aren’t just a some guy on TV but if I walk up to a group of people 8 of 10 would know who Macho Man was or at least know of him. But no matter what happens wither he goes to TNA or WWE HoF ones things sure “Its about time”
