Well, it’s not a “real” anime, but close enough. It’s fan made creation by a guy named Paul Johnson. It’s a wonderful throwback to both the early days of Dr Who (Pertwee era) and the animes of the 80’s. I’m fairly certain this is done with flash, but either way, well fuck done. When you watch it, you’ll see just how, grand the animation is. The only problem is that it’s a bit jumpy, but if you ignore all of that, you can get a real Dr Who high off this thing.
